November 11, 2010 Minutes

Williamsburg Twp.

Thank you to Williamsburg for hosting the meeting.

Bob McGee gave Invocation.  Dinner was served.

The following officers were elected for 2011:

President-Kermit Beckworth  - Motion by Craig Rigdon, 2^nd by Rick Hinson, motion carried

Vice Pres.-Howard Daugherty – Motion by Guy Bainum, 2^nd by Matt Beamer, motion carried

Sec/Treas- Greg Carson – Motion by Beth Nevel, 2^nd by Bob Mcgee, motion carried

Executive Committee Person – Skeets Humphries- Motion by Kermit Beckworth, 2^nd by Bari Henning, motion carried

No motions were made from the floor.

Karl Schulz was named OKI representative.

Bob McGee moved to donate $500.00 additional to the House of Peace; 2^nd by Guy Bainum.  Motion carried. 

Kermit  Beckworth reported that the Christmas Banquet would be held at Grant on December the 16.  Tickets were $10.  RSVP by Dec. 13.

Lee addressed the need to continue working on the DEER problem. 

Beth Nevel spoke about the National Incidence Management System training needed by elected officials.  She also spoke about volunteers in county.

$135 was collected toward the dinner.

Door prizes were free tickets to the Christmas Banquet.  Greg Carson and George Ison were the winners.

Art Snyder wanted to speak to the fact that he was born 83 years ago in Goshen Twp.
